Super Sweet Corn
Enjoy Super Sweet Corn from Stahlbush Island Farms! Corn is naturally high in fiber, antioxidants, and it’s a naturally low-glycemic food. Here are some easy and fun ways to enjoy our sweet corn:
- Make a cowboy salad. Mix steamed super sweet corn with Stahlbush Black-Eyed Peas, an avocado, a red bell pepper, green onion, a tomato and cilantro. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. olive oil and 2 Tbsp. lime juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
