  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream

INSTRUCTIONS
Make the Turkey Meatballs
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, parmesan cheese, almond flour, minced onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form small meatballs (about 1 tablespoon each) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Lightly brush or drizzle with avocado oil.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until just cooked through. Set aside.

Prepare the Soup
