Stahlbush takes the hard work out of cooking meals. We clean, blanch and prepare your curly kale so it’s ready to incorporate in everyday meals. Our job is to make eating healthy effortless. Everyday gourmet starts with ripe, colorful and flavorful vegetables.

Great Ways to Enjoy:

  • Make kale chips. Toss kale with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place kale in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 300°F until crisp to the touch (about 15 to 20 minutes).
  • For a quick lunch, pair kale with Stahlbush Brown Rice & Black Beans. Microwave on high for two to three minutes. Add cheddar cheese and top with salsa or salad dressing.
  • Use as an ingredient in tacos, soups, stir-fry or pasta.
