INGREDIENTS
Pie Crust
2 ½ cups flour
2 sticks butter
Dash of cinnamon
¼ cup ice water (plus a few tablespoons if needed)
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Combine the flour, butter, and cinnamon in a bowl or food processor until crumbly. Slowly add the ice water, mixing until the dough just comes together. Roll out and fit into a pie dish. Prick the bottom with a fork and bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
Add the chocolate layer:
