Add some sparkle to your holiday celebrations with this refreshing Sparkling Blueberry Ginger Mocktail! Made with Stahlbush frozen blueberries, it’s a crowd-pleaser for all ages.
In a small saucepan, combine the water, blueberries, rosemary, and ginger. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes, until the blueberries have lost most of their color and the mixture is a vibrant color and fragrant.
Strain the blueberry mixture, making sure to squeeze the blueberries into a jar and add the maple syrup and lemon juice. Add more as desired to taste. Stir to combine and set aside. This syrup can be made ahead of time and chilled in the fridge for a few days.
