Butternut Squash and Caramelized Onion Tart

INGREDIENTS

Pesto

  • 1 cup of Stahlbush Island Farms frozen spinach
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup grated parm
  • ¼ cup of fresh basil, roughly chopped or torn
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp red chili flake

Pizza Toppings

    • 1 store bought pizza crust
    • ½ cup Stahlbush Island Farms sweet corn, frozen
    • 1 ball burrata, torn into pieces
    • Spicy honey to drizzle
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  2. Add all of pesto ingredients to a blender or food processor and mix until smooth
  3. Spread 2-3 tbs on prepared pizza crust, followed by remaining ingredients except for spicy honey
  4. Bake pizza for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted
  5. Drizzle with spicy honey and enjoy!
