Pea and Walnut Pesto

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/3 cup toasted walnuts 
  • ½ cup Parmesan, cubed 
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice 
  • 1 garlic clove 
  • 2 teaspoons salt 
  • ½ cup olive oil, more as needed 
INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Cover and place on high, drizzle in more olive oil until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.

  • 3 ounces fresh basil 
  • 1/3 cup toasted walnuts

  • ½ cup olive oil, more as needed
