Cranberry Chutney

INGREDIENTS
1 small apple, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons seeded Dijon Mustard
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
1/3 cup sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small saucepan over medium/low heat, place in the cranberries, chopped apple, orange juice, Dijon mustard, nutmeg and cloves. Slowly bring up to a simmer until the cranberries start to pop, about 10 minutes. Add in the sugar and continue to cook for about 5 more minutes.
Cover and store in the fridge for up to a week.
