Stahlbush Garbanzo Beans Nutrition

Stovetop: Place frozen garbanzo beans into a small amount of boiling water. Cover; steam for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Drain and season to taste.

Microwave: Place frozen garbanzo beans into a covered microwave-safe dish. Add a small amount of water and cook on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Microwave heating times may vary. Drain and season to taste.

Great Ways to Enjoy

  • Make hummus. Place prepared garbanzo beans, garlic, tahini and olive oil in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  • Roast them. For the perfect party snack, toss defrosted garbanzo beans with a little olive oil and spices on a baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 30 to 40 minutes or until crispy. Serve immediately.
