Pumpkin Overnight Oats

Yield: 1 Serving
INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 triangles of Stahlbush Frozen Organic Pumpkin Puree, defrosted
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Toasted pumpkin seeds or pecans for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Place all ingredients minus the toppers in a small jar with a lid and stir everything together until mixed.
  • Tightly cover the jar and leave it in the fridge overnight. Stir in toppers when ready to eat and enjoy.
