Our Rainbow Chard is as easy to prepare as it is healthy! The many health benefits attributed to chard are due to its impressive list of vitamins, nutrients, and organic compounds. These include vitamin K, vitamin C, and vitamin A, as well as vitamin E, riboflavin, and vitamin B6. In terms of minerals include magnesium, manganese, potassium, iron, sodium, and copper. In addition to fiber, rainbow chard has a significant amount of polyphenolic antioxidants, phytonutrients, and enzymes. Only perfect varieties that are naturally sweet, colorful and bursting with flavor make the cut.
