Northwest Berry Blend Mimosa

• 3 cups Stahlbush Island Farms Frozen Northwest Berry Blend 
• 2 tablespoons sugar 
• 1 bottle chilled champagne 
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 
• Fresh whole strawberries for garnish 

Instructions: 

1. Place frozen Northwest Berry Blend, sugar, and 1 cup champagne in a blender.
2. Turn it on high and blend for 1-2 minutes. If it is too thick to blend, add 1/4 cup more champagne.
3. Fill champagne glass halfway with strawberry mixture. Fill the rest of the glass with chilled champagne.
4. Garnish with a strawberry sliced down the middle, but not all the way through.
