Bright, zesty, and packed with flavor—this Carrot Ginger Dressing is the perfect way to elevate any salad or grain bowl. Made with our new Organic Frozen Carrot Puree Triangles, it blends creamy, tangy, and spicy notes into one vibrant, nutrient-rich dressing.

Carrot Ginger Dressing

Yield: About 8 oz or 1 cup of dressing
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup vegetable oil of choice
  • 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 4 triangles of Stahlbush Frozen Organic Carrot Puree, defrosted
  • 3 green onions, the white parts only, chopped
  • 2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt & pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Let carrot puree thaw before use. Add all ingredients minus the salt and pepper to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Dressing can be made ahead of time and stored in an air-tight container up to 3 days.
