Stahlbush Chopped Curly Kale is easy to use in any dish.  Unlike spinach, kale doesn’t lose its crunchy texture when cooked.  It’s perfect in soups, stir-fry, sautés or even roasted.  Stahlbush kale is already washed, chopped and de-veined, making it a great time-saving alternative to fresh.

When Bill and I bought land on Stahlbush Island, we loved the lush greenery and thriving wildlife produced by the waterways around the farm. We knew we wanted to protect it.
