This Northwest Berry blend is new online at the Stahlbush Island Farm shop. This blend includes the best the Pacific Northwest has to offer in our frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and Marion blackberries. We wait until the very last moment to harvest our berries, so they are perfectly ripe, and then we freeze them right away to capture their flavor at peak ripeness. Our berries are also high in fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants. We are proud to provide healthy and tasty food to our local communities!

You can’t beat a 4-ingredient cocktail! Make sure to bring extra ingredients because this drink will go fast.
Northwest Berry Summer Mimosa Recipe
Total Time: 5 minutes
Yield: 6 cocktails
3 cups Stahlbush Island Farms Frozen Northwest Berry Blend
2 tablespoons sugar
1 bottle chilled champagne
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Fresh whole strawberries for garnish
Place frozen Northwest Berry Blend, sugar, and 1 cup champagne in a blender. Turn it on high and blend for 1-2 minutes. If it is too thick to blend, add 1/4 cup more champagne. Fill champagne glass halfway with strawberry mixture. Fill the rest of the glass with chilled champagne. Garnish with a strawberry sliced down the middle but not all the way through.
