Spring Veggie Saute

Ingredients
  1. 1 bag Stahlbush Island Farms Corn
  2. 1 bag Stahlbush Island Farms Spinach
  3. 1-2 apples diced
  4. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  5. 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
  6. 1 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  7. salt and pepper to taste
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add ginger, spinach and corn straight out of the bag, stirring occasionally.
  3. When just defrosted (about 5 minutes), add garlic and apple.
  4. Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes or until flavors are combined.
  5. Serve immediately and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
