Ingredients
  1. 1 box sugar cookie mix
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1 stick butter (softened)
  4. 1 package cream cheese
  5. 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
  6. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  7. 1/2 lemon, juiced
  8. Stahlbush Island Farms frozen blueberries and red raspberries for garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Combine the sugar cookie mix, egg and butter until dough forms.
  3. Turn out onto a well-floured surface. Roll out to a rectangle shape. Cut the edges to make a clean rectangle.
  4. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 7-9 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  5. Meanwhile,using a hand mixer, combine the cream cheese, sugar, powdered sugar and lemon juice until creamy.
  6. Top with berries to resemble the shape of a flag.
  7. Serve immediately.
