Ingredients
  1. 1/4 pound of cream cheese
  2. 3 tablespoons Heavy cream
  3. 1/2 teaspoons Parsley, dry
  4. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoon dill, dry
  7. 1/4 teaspoon thyme, dry
  8. 1/4 teaspoon Sea salt
  9. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  10. 1 1/2 pound thawed Stahlbush Island Farms Spinach, loosely packed
  11. 1/4 pound Feta, crumbled
Instructions
  1. Process all ingredients except for spinach and feta in Food Processor or Stand Mixer with Whip attachment until smooth.
  2. Add the spinach and feta, mix by hand, or with paddle attachment on lowest speed, until incorporated. Spinach should remain unprocessed- in its original cut size from the package. feta should remain in chunks.
