Ingredients
  1. ½ cup Stahlbush beets
  2. ½ cup Stahlbush chickpeas
  3. A pinch of lemon zest
  4. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  5. 1 garlic clove minced
  6. a pinch of grated fresh ginger
  7. 4 tablespoons tahini
  8. 3 teaspoons olive oil
Instructions
  1. 1. Heat beats and garbanzo beans to a temperature of at least 160°F (You can microwave for 1-2 minutes).
  2. 2. Mix garbanzo beans and beets in a food processor.
  3. 3. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, ginger and tahini.
  4. 4. Add olive oil in small amounts until you are happy with the consistency.
