Green garbanzo beans are harvested before the bean hardens into the familiar brown chickpea.  The beans are bright green and have the flavor and satisfying pop of edamame but without soy!  Green garbanzo beans are the perfect light snack.  Whether they are lightly steamed and sprinkled with sea salt or added to stir-frys, the beans are remarkably versatile.

When Bill and I bought land on Stahlbush Island, we loved the lush greenery and thriving wildlife produced by the waterways around the farm. We knew we wanted to protect it.
