Sliced Beets

This versatile vegetable can be baked, roasted, steamed, pickled, and served as a condiment or alongside soups and entrees.

Cooking Directions:

Microwave: Place frozen beets into a microwave-safe dish. Cook on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Microwave heating times may vary. Drain and season to taste.

Oven: toss frozen beets with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place in a single layer on a pan and roast at 350ºF for 15 – 20 minutes.
