Apprentice Welder
Minimum of 3 months experience in all aspects of welding. Welding test will be required. Willingness to work a varying schedule. DOE. Benefit package may be included. This is a full time position.

Bilingual Seasonal HR Assistant
Duties: Practice your Spanish or English in a fully bilingual business environment. Spanish majors, business majors or those interested in a career in HR are encouraged to apply. Flexible part-time hours during off season, full time hours during season. Duties to include conducting new hire orientations (public speaking), recruiting, employee relations, filing and clerical support.

Requires: Bilingual Spanish/English. Ability to tolerate and work in heat, cold, wet and varied weather conditions on occasion. Excellent communication, both spoken and written.

Buyer - Food/Agriculture
Requirements: Minimum B.Sc., preferably in Business or Agricultural discipline. Minimum 3 years professional experience. Prefer experience or background in Agriculture.

Duties/Responsiblities: Develop and review Raw Product specifications. Communicate specifications & policies; Manage supplier selection & relations. Manage purchase orders; Contract Management (acreage approval, harvest/haul plans). Collect & review required documentation (GMO, specification, pesticides, etc.). Match field/crop to product (soil residues, certifications, etc.). Work with Accounts Payable to ensure timely, accurate payments to suppliers, and matches the issued PO. Track and communicate raw product quality issues internally and with suppliers. Quality Follow-up: 1)Rejections, 2)Policy, 3)Enforcement, 4) Supplier Audits. Communicate changes to specifications &/or policies. Work with Sales to determine raw product needs (volumes, specifications). Determine make versus buy decisions (timing, volume, price). Provide current pricing & market updates to Sales. Provide customer support and documentation regarding agricultural and pesticide restrictions. Communicate raw product schedule and develop the plant schedule for processing.

This position is full time year round and reports to the Director of Agricultural Operations.

Farm Mechanic - Experienced
TWO OPENINGS One position will spend the season working East of Eugene Oregon. The other is on location in Corvallis

Requires:Three to five years of verifiable experience repairing and maintaining farm implements and tractors; valid driver's license. Ability to obtain a Farm endorsement, and able to drive company vehicles. Duties: Mechanic duties on trucks, tractors and all farm equipment and implements. Perform maintenance and repair on farm machinery including tractors, farm implements, diesel engines, harvesters and heavy equipment. Added duties as assigned. Operate employer's vehicles. Hours: Full time, benefits included, pre-employment drug screen. Schedule to be arranged. Hours can be greater then 40 hours per week.

Millwright - Food Processing
Requires 1-3 years hands on experience, or high mechanical aptitude; experience in the food processing industry a plus. Duties Preform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on various processing equipment and facilities, including conveyor components, refrigeration systems, boilers, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Will also assist in equipment and processing line changeovers. Welding / Fabrication skill a plus. Hours: Full time. Graveyard shift. Hours are greater than 40 hours per week, benefits package, salary DOE.

Plant Shift Supervisor
Requires: One to Three years of verifiable work experience, preferably in a food processing or manufacturing setting, and a GED or High School Diploma. Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time, lift 30 lbs at least once per hour, work in a wet environment. Bilingual Spanish / English highly desirable but not required. Duties: Supervise food processing plant staff to ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, quality standards, and production goals. Must have demonstrated leadership skills. Mechanical aptitude required. Other duties as assigned. Hours: Full time. Shift work required including graveyard. Hours are greater than 40 hours per week, benefits package, salary DOE.
