Cauliflower Soup
An easy delicious soup

  1. 1 bag Riced Cauliflower
  2. 1/2 of an onion
  3. 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  4. 1 clove of garlic
  5. Salt + Pepper to taste
  1. Sauté the onion and garlic in cooking oil.
  2. Once the onion is translucent, add the frozen riced cauliflower and a cup of broth.
  3. Bring all contents to a boil.
  4. Let the soup cool and then transfer to a blender.
  5. Blend on high until frothy.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
