Cauliflower Pizza Crust

  1. 1 package of Riced Cauliflower
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1/2 Cup grated parmesan
  4. 1/2 tsp. Italian seasonings
  5. 1/4 cup almond flour
  6. 1/2 tsp. salt
  7. 1/4 tsp. pepper
  1. Make a mini cauliflower pizza crust. Let (10 oz) riced cauliflower thaw. Squeeze out the excess water in a dish towel. In a bowl, combine cauliflower, 1 egg, grated parmesan, Italian seasoning, almond flour, salt and pepper. Place on parchment paper brushed with olive oil and bake at 450F for 15 minutes. Add toppings and bake an additional 4 minutes.
